Report an Issue or Bug
We take platform reliability, Google Drive synchronization, and data security extremely seriously. If you encounter a bug or unexpected behavior, let us know.
How to Submit an Issue Report
Please send an email to our engineering team with the details outlined below. We investigate all functional bugs and security reports promptly.
What to include in your report:
- •Description: A concise summary of what happened vs what you expected.
- •Steps to reproduce: What action triggered the issue (e.g. creating a request, uploading a file).
- •Environment: Web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox), device (Desktop, iOS, Android).
- •Screenshots / Console errors: If available, attach any relevant screenshots or error codes.
Responsible Security Disclosures
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in DocTick's authentication, magic token validation, or Google Drive streaming protocol, please report it directly to contact@doctick.com with the subject line "[Security Disclosure]". We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and work with you to patch the issue before public disclosure.
